Article 1

Our resort features 36 cottages and hotel rooms available for accommodation. The cottages are fully equipped for cooking, dining, and sleeping. A list of equipment and end-of-stay maintenance conditions are displayed in each chalet. Our valued guests are responsible for reviewing this list and reporting any missing items. The cottages and rooms have been fully renovated and are in perfect condition and repair. They will be considered as such unless observations are made upon check-in.

Article 2

Our establishment features two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor, as well as a tennis court, a multi-sports field, a playground, and a mini-golf course. Access to these facilities is completely free for chalet renters and hotel guests who have acknowledged receipt of the regulations found in the information folder. Use of these facilities is at the sole responsibility of our guests; our liability cannot be invoked in the event of an accident, loss, theft, or any other incident, for any reason whatsoever. Children must be accompanied by parents. In any case, they use the facilities provided to guests under the sole responsibility of their parents. The river running through the site can be dangerous. Parents are responsible for adequate supervision. They will have no recourse against our company in the event of an accident or other incident.

Article 3

Our establishment has several seminar rooms of various capacities. All quoted prices include the services stipulated in our offer, as well as the provision of a conference room suitable for the group size. They are equipped with basic teaching materials. Additional rooms may be made available depending on availability and at an extra charge. The room and equipment are presumed to be in perfect working order and condition. They must be returned as such, with the client being responsible for any damage caused to both the premises and the equipment. It is the client’s responsibility to check the condition of the premises and equipment provided upon arrival and to make any observations deemed necessary at that time. Otherwise, the entire setup will be deemed to have been provided in impeccable condition, without the need for further descriptions.

Article 4

We are only bound by a reservation request upon receipt of a signed copy of our offer and a sum equal to 50% of the total stay price, which will be paid as a deposit. The balance must be paid no later than one month before the start of your stay. If the reservation is made less than one month before the arrival date, the full payment is immediately due.

In case of cancellation, the following fees will apply:

  • 55 to 30 days before the start of the stay: 10% of the rental price with a minimum of €25 (administration fee)
  • 29 to 15 days before the start of the stay: 50% of the rental price
  • 14 to 8 days before the start of the stay: 75% of the rental price
  • From 7 days up to and including the day of arrival, or no-show: 100% of the rental price.

If you must interrupt your stay, the full rental amount is due.

Article 5

Prices mentioned in the brochure are expressed in euros and vary according to the type of cottage or room. The price mentioned in the rate includes free access to all sports facilities (except squash courts), final cleaning, bed linen (beds are made upon arrival), and one bath towel per person. Prices do not include tourist tax and electricity costs. A deposit will be requested upon your arrival and refunded after your stay. The price of the stay set at the time of booking is final. However, it may be subject to modification within the limits of current legal and regulatory provisions. Any printing errors in the rates do not bind us in any way.

Article 6

Additional charges (mentioned in the rates) must be paid in full upon departure from the establishment. Bar and restaurant consumption is payable immediately. Invoices issued for the organization of seminars and other group events are payable within eight days of their date, without discount. Any sum not paid by the due date will automatically incur, without prior notice, a late interest of 1% per month, with each commenced month being counted in full. Furthermore, it will be increased, as a fixed and irreducible penalty clause, by 15% with a minimum of €125.

Article 7

Pets are welcome in our resort for an additional fee as per the rates, provided you inform us of their presence during booking. Two pets per chalet are allowed. The owner is required to bring a basket for the animal to sleep in. Dogs must be kept on a leash and, if necessary, muzzled. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet. The cost of restoration will be billed to them. Pets are not allowed in hotel rooms.

Article 8

All commitments are governed by these general terms and conditions, to the exclusion of those of our co-contractors, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing by us. In case of divergence between the text of the general terms and conditions in French and those established in another language, the French version shall prevail.

Article 9

Any deviation, even if repeated, from these general terms and conditions shall be considered as mere tolerance on our part and does not imply any waiver on our behalf.

Article 10

All disputes arising from agreements concluded with our company shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the judicial district of Verviers.
